What deposit do you require?
If you decide to hire us for your wedding we ask for a non refundable £100 deposit with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before the day. Payment is through direct deposit, sorry we do not take Paypal.
Will we get to meet you before the day?
We would love to meet you, your photographer is such a large part of your day it is important that you know and like them, we can chat over the phone or by zoom to see if you feel we are a good fit, if you live close by we can meet up for a cuppa. We feel we are relaxed, down to earth, non obtrusive and like to have a laugh, hopefully meeting us you will feel that too.
Of course there is no obligation to book us after a meeting and we will not push you to do so at the time.
Will you be in touch again before the day?
We like to have a final chat or zoom 2 to 3 weeks before the day, we want to hear of your ideas, share suggestions and be familiar with the routine of your wedding so it flows for you and us. We encourage you to reach out to us anytime you need to, even just to share ideas, photos you like, or any changes to your day.
How many images will we get?
The amount of images you receive will depend on the size of your wedding and the length of time you will need us there, a full day wedding can result in you receiving between 300 and 500 fully edited images, some of these will also be copied and turned into black and white or antique finish..
What if you can't make it on the day?
We are very reliable and punctual (usually early), but we also belong to a large network of wedding photographers and can guarantee that there would be someone to cover either one or both of us should something prevent us from being there on the day.
